Has anybody gotten this resolved? My file is flagged with an error that prevents me from filing the PEUC application online. I have filed THREE applications for PEUC over the phone that have all disappeared into a black hole and after 5 months I am still getting the same circle jerk from KDOL.

My claims keep coming back with an ERROR. At this point it’s funny how they have a new excuse every time I contact them.

I keep having to call back to have them enter an initial claim for PEUC for months. They aren’t going to pay out that federal money

We are not getting our money because y’all keeping it so we are going to stand up and vote you stupid people out. And we will come to Congress and speak our minds. It’s not what you want it’s what we need .

Funny... We're not getting Our unemployment

Maybe #RepresentativeSeanTarwater will become unemployed at some point for whatever reason...who knows...one thing I DO know , however, is God works in mysterious ways, and life ALWAYS comes full circle for all of us. None of us are more powerful than God and Universal Law...we get what we give. I'd like to see how "easy it is to get a job" when/if he faces it one day. Maybe it won't be unemployment he will deal with, but he will come face to face with his ignorance in one way or another and all eyes will be on him. I firmly believe this. The funny thing about his reasoning is that it's ALWAYS people like him, people who have prob had everything handed to them on a silver platter that have these strong black & white close-minded ways of thinking that have to stand up and state their opinions and demand things go the opposite way because his way is the best way...I'm sure he was like this as a child and throughout and everybody probably gave in to him.....or maybe he was just picked on as a child and NOW he's in a position of "power" so he's gonnna use it. He's forgetting that we, the people, are the power. WE ARE. And everyone needs to stand up and stop complaining about the low vibrational situations we're in and get these pieces of shit out of office STAT! Oh and btw #SeanTarwater, maybe you should spend your time a little more wisely and efficiently and start listening to all of us on unemployment & do some digging...we've been yelling and screaming, crying out for help for many many months now....wait a minute...unemployment? Is that what this is? I can't seem to remember at this point...but last I knew, even though last year was the first time in my 49 yrs of life that I EVER filed for it, last I knew was when a person filed for unemployment, they were to receive some kind of benefit every week, right? What is the percentage? 45% of our wages? Maybe I'm wrong. But whatever it is, it's LESS THAN what we were making in our industry/career prior to this bullshit pandemic. LESS THAN!!!! If you lost your job TODAY without warning, you tell me how quickly you'd jump up and go work at McDonalds or a factory job making $12-15/hr...???? Is that gonna keep YOUR lights on? Your water? Is that going to cover your damn mortgage?? Yeah. Thats what I thought. But, let's even leave this part out of the equation and just focus on the worst part of this whole situation....WE AREN'T AND HAVEN'T BEEN RECEIVING THE BENEFITS WE'RE SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE!! Climb out from underneath that fancy landscaping rock you hide behind and let's call a spade a spade! Start listening to the people that makes your job POSSIBLE. We spend our days/evenings making hundreds of phone calls and sending hundreds of emails to KDOL trying to get answers. We are all falling through the cracks on many levels here but you just want to stand up there on a close-minded, ignorant, petty little power trip without looking into the reality of the condition of our state. What's REALLY going on with KDOL? Maybe you need to pass some kind of bill to help them out so they can learn how to do their damn jobs! I know this is a long rant but we need to stand up and start getting the word out and open up these people's eyes. Sad news though...NO ONE that has never been in a hardship like this is going to understand nor will they take it seriously until it happens to them. I hope no one else has to go through any of this unemployment B.S. I really hope not. But, I'm not gonna lie. I DO HOPE #SeanTarwater does. Sorry, not sorry.
