Can you hire someone to get rid of them? Or get a ladder, bucket and some cardboard. Then put oil in the bucket, climb the ladder and slide the hornet nest in bucket full of oil with the cardboard till it’s covered.

Fortunately this one is inactive. It's from last year. I leave them up when they're empty because other hornets won't build a hive if they see one already in the area. I just keep forgetting that it's there and memories of being stung come flooding back.

Not true. It will stick if not done right. And it's butter, that gets flipped on top to slightly cook the tops more. You gave me an idea though. I might take a pan that's non stick load it up with oil and make it stick.

Non Stick cast iron is a constantly debated topic. The Slo-mo was for everyone that loves CI. It's also for all those that say it can't be done and to show that it can. The slo-mo is also for those that know not of which we debate to keep their attention. It's a lot like asking, 'what is the best hunting round? ' or. 'What is the best self defense round?' The question will bring out everyone and the debate will never end.

@BadRiverWells
@BadRiverWells 2 ай бұрын
@@funyun I don't make food that's good for you, I make food that's good to you. The butter helps bring out the white pepper in smooth creamy way. The duck fat helps season the cast iron and helps bring out the crisping of the potatoes without the butter burning.

$28 batch of fries
@BadRiverWells
@BadRiverWells 2 ай бұрын
Not really. $80 / gallon. 16 cups per gallon. $5 per cup. Strain and reuse oil in various ways over a month for different recipes and cooking situations. Excellent seasoning for the cast iron over vegetable oil. Best flavor for the seasoning of the pan, let alone your food. Incredible taste on the fries like no other. YOLO. Why not make and enjoy the best before you die? AND you have 14 cups left to last most of the year.
