This is why in the end damon was the best choice for her 💯 Stefan love was pure but Elena already was a pure soul and Damon did things no one else was willing to do even if it made him the bad guy. Elena always said she wanted a love that consume her and as pure as Stefan was damon was the better choice because of his bad guy persona which made her question herself and in the end that’s what she needed .

They fought their feelings for each other for a long time,but you can't stop a love like theirs
