The problem I'm having is it won't turn on unless I press the power button 7 times. I've tried all these trouble shooting tips and nothings worked. JBL customer support is useless. They want me to pay to have their defective product fixed. There's a ton of these troubleshooting tips on here and Reddit for all the Extreme models. Planned obsolescence... I will not be buying another JBL product.

Any time I turn on my jbl extreme 2, it turns off by itself after some seconds I don’t know why ….. and also the charging indicator does not turn on anytime it’s charging…

Hey i bought mine on eBay recently and it's stuck in demo mode. I tried this and it turned off but it is still doing the same thing. It won't work without being plugged in and the Bluetooth doesn't work either
