Yeah looks like it. One other way you can go about it. Everytime you don't see it. Go to saved networks. Forget the network. Hopefully it will appear, so you don't need to keep changing ssid

Are you using a SIM card that is Rwanda based ?

Never been to Rwanda, but I'm thinking you may need a roaming bundle if your using a Ugandan line

@@PlugCentralUG am not using a ugandan line Am using a rwandan mango line , the mifi works with the mtn rwandan line but when i put mango it shows no internet yet it has unlimited internet

It must be an access point issue. If it's unlocked. Got to a browser type 192.168.188.1 then input password (admin) After that tap Device settings then on the side tap Apn settings Then tap Add New Under Profile name input "Mango" Then under APN input "internet4g.mango" Then tap save. When done to activate the new APN tap Above where you see "Select Profile" and choose Mango Hope that helps

Off/on the router again

That could be due to many issues, check if you still have an active data plan, 2. The router could be malfunctioning. Do a restart of the router, it usually fixes the issue

Hope the card is inserted well. That may be your biggest issue to sort out first. If it's inserted well then give it time. I've noticed the router takes a while to full start up.

What page? After 192.168.1.1?? If so you must have made a mistake somewhere. Leave no spaces as you type it

Connect the mifi using a USB cable to a laptop or pc. You'll be able to connect to the Network. Then you can set up the Wi-Fi password that you want

When it's unlocked the wifi key and web address changes. Now to set it up. Connect it to a laptop via a USB. Then go to the browser type 192.168.188.1. Login admin, admin then change the username and password to what you want

It's relatively reliable. Mtn has a similar router. So network wise it will depend on your location. Devise wise this router for my case has been like 70% reliable, had a serious issue like 2 months back but Airtel sorted it out. Other than that it's been running smooth

Make sure the router is on. then under the router you'll see a small button named "Reset". Press it for about 8 seconds and give the router some time. it should reset then you can set it up again

It's a router it can't be charged it used electricity that's why it has a powerbank

Not encountered an issue like that. Try totally getting it off. Like remove the power bank and then power it on and see if it loops. Then 2 check if the power button isn't some how pressed down. 3. Do a reset, it could solve your issues

Sorry about that. Try restarting the mifi. If it doesn't solve the problem reset the mifi and set it up afresh. To reset press the reset button at the back of the router

Haven't tested in phone. But in other routers the SIM card and data works

Ensure you make no mistakes when entering your username and password, as they are case-sensitive. If you are sure you entered them correctly and still cannot log in, someone might have changed the credentials without your knowledge. In this case, you may need to reset the router.

@@PlugCentralUG I have carefully entered the password, even asked someone else to put it but we get same negative results 😕 and the router is brand new. ( Just 3 days with me from the shop)

Try resetting it could solve your issue
