The thumbnail caught my attention because it was fairly clean and simple with a good balance of colors, but it was the caption that made me click. Having a practical and relevant question like paying your rent in a certain timeframe with a social media presence was really intriguing. I stayed because there's a great wit and charm to your humor and it's not overdone. You made me laugh quite a bit, but I wasn't distracted by it; your points about growth and what's worked, what hasn't were all well put.. Your editing style is also good.
