Matt hasn't been the singer since 95 I believe. Jason took over singing after the 2nd album and has been the singer ever since.

I know y’all will scoff and mock but this song could be about Jesus Christ - about a guy who could have anything, go anywhere, yet would lay his life down for Christ. There’s even a line that says “Zero’s the price for a ride into life” which could easily be said about Christ’s free gift of salvation and everlasting life. Who knows? Maybe Bieler WAS writing about Christ!

Why dump the second guitar? It feels out the sound more. Just get Kramer back and let it be a 5 piece. Kramer is a toolbag and doesn't sound that great anymore really. So it sounds better as is. If i want to hear Kramer i'll just listen to the first two albums.

Rhythm guitar is Shawn Scheller. He’s a Tampa musician. Jason produced one of his albums a few years ago.

Best of luck to both of us getting to catch a live show someday. Def check out Jason's solo stuff if you haven't already and of course the 'Super Transatlantic' project. When I heard this opening song the first time I was SO excited kzbin.info/www/bejne/qGjLiZiCqdlkaK8si=oqDisORIj98crJao and it also had the song 'Dumb' which is about the best-unrecipricated Love song he ever made. I was really hoping STA would keep going after SK but guess just didn't work out. Really talented lineup. But that was 24 years gone now. wow. I'm old as dirt. Jason's more recent efforts are still top-shelf. Not SK, but he is still a phenomenal composer and musician. Rock on!
