I own several pairs of the Ybell, I think this is the best dumbbell shape. I mainly use it for Farmer walks and bench press

The platform is awfully painful to execute sitting or lying workouts. The bulging marbles need to be covered to reduce impact.

Interesting to see if you had the good sense to hike up via Phortse and come down via Tengboche instead of just walking twice through the later, like all unimaginative agencies do.

Have done a few Y Bell exercises with different KZbinrs and have only found these ones to be interesting and makes you sweat - the others have no interaction whereas these do.

That is a decent and complete work out. I'm recovering from double surgery ... 6 months on so I will work on this approach to supplementing the walking I already do.
