Yep, the nurse can be pretty cheap in hard mode, but here’s a tip: lure them out one by one. Shoot them in the leg until they kneel, then hit them with the pipe. Save at a certain point, explore first, and then reload your save if needed. You should check for the most efficient path. For example, if there are 3 nurses guarding 2 shotgun shells, I’d prefer to avoid the area.

@@SubaTUBE That sounds like some good advice! No point getting greedy, I suppose. I've been able to knock down a couple of nurses from behind, but most of them turn around at the last second. Not sure if that was random luck or by design. I mean, it's not exactly a stealth game. I'll try luring them out, then shoot'em and whack'em! Thank you 👍
