Me an my mother are the ones who made the 911 call for this 😭 we seen the pipe an the whole stretch to both ends smelled like serious gas smell almost made you pass out so we called bower hill fire dept an pd also came shut down the whole road an the very next morning I woke up it was all over the news I’m so happy this problem got taken care of after shockingly I had to find out that residents near this road had to deal with the fumes of this for 20+ years
