Print United good but a terrible layout. ISA floor space small. Knocked it out one day. Booths are a necessary evil. Most of the work is done in the aisle, meetings and the famous "Laminacorr Happy Hours" hosted by The Donfather

What would be an alternative for printing multiple colors (gradients) and still having a blackout layer? Is there a type of printing that isn't like screen printing?

Try a printhead soak. This entails: - Turning off the machine - Uncap (unlock) printhead carriage from capping station - Flood the captops with Roland cleaning solution - Cap (lock) the printhead carriage to the capping station - Leave the machine off for half an hour - Turn on the machine and do a normal cleaning - Print nozzle test print Also, check the expiration date of the magenta ink, it may be expired. And if you have any error codes pop up on the machine, those would be helpful in pinpointing the cause. If you haven't had any error codes, the issue could possibly be a scrape on the bottom of the print head causing the nozzles to go missing. Hope this helps!

Mylar may require a different type of ink set but should work with a Vanguard. If that is your primary application, reach our and we can get some samples printed!
