I use the salt and baking soda. I mix the oils with the salts first, then add the baking soda.

Thank you so much. I haven’t sent a letter in so many years but it was asked of me by a company for paperwork that I had to send back in and I couldn’t fax it or email it all this is perfect thank you so much. I literally forgot how to do it. I haven’t done it in over 10 years

Thank you for posting this. I’m about to go through the same procedure for almost the same reasons. I am 36 so I am geriatric currently pregnant 36 weeks have gestational diabetes had preeclampsia with the last pregnancy will be receiving a C-section with a tubal ligation really need to hear from somebody that’s already had this so thank you And I’m also overweight too so I have the same reasons. My husband is 52 years old. We do not want any more kids after this one due to our age and the risk factors of pregnancy. I do not believe in birth control pills or hormone bass birth control I also do not believein implants of any type so it’s either a hysterectomy or this

@@ashleymanning4450 it’s a hard choice to make. In the upside, and you’ll wanna talk to your Dr about this. But the older you are having it done the less likely you are to have them grow back. From my research if you’re going to have a pregnancy it’s normally after 10 years of having the procedure done, though some did get pregnant sooner. I’m not sure what menopause looks like in your family, but if you’re 36 now, your body may be starting to pre-pair to go through the chance any way. So your risk of a pregnancy after tubal may be even lower than someone who had the tubal in their 20s. Again, you’ll wanna run that past your Dr. now that I am 34 and i recently got a PCOS diagnosis I feel a lot better about having chosen the tubal. I really doubt I’ll have a surprise pregnancy and the PCOS explains all of the irregularities in my period I had going on when I made this video.

This is very informative thank you! My senior cat hates being groomed however she stopped grooming herself properly and gets a lot of hairballs and we both have cat allergies in this house and we both don’t want to die from cat dander and fur everywhere I’m going to need to shave her down ❤

@@Chilerellanos-nf6en hello! I suspect u had at least one other flare up towards the nape of my neck / under side of my hair. By time I found it the hair had already started to grow out, but it was considerably shorter than the other hair around it. Thankfully once my youngest boy hit about a year or 2 old the anxiety attacks really calmed down. A lot of it had to do with postpartum and pregnancy. I still try to keep my stress levels low so I hopefully won’t have another flare up. The last spot I found my youngest boy was probably around 8 months give or take. Ashawagandah is an herbal supplement I took a lot postpartum and it really helped me manage my stress and anxyafter my second son. I didn’t know much about it with my first but that’s when I first started taking it was when he was a few months old. I think it was shortly after my first flare up that I found it. I also suspect I had a flair up on my leg oddly enough when I was in high school and in an abusive relationship. At the time I thought it was odd but mostly was like “well that’s one less spit I have to shave”, and never mentioned it to any one.

I was so disappointed with the bedding I bought from Ugg. Got at clearance price from Kohl's . Not even worth that price. I contacted Ugg by letter with receipts. Never heard back from them. Anyone thinking about buying bedding think twice. I use bedspread for grandchildren to eat on in living room floor😢
