Enjoyed the interview. Here's a thought: when the Rollers had their massive success in '75, bassist Alan Longmuir had already been a gigging musician for ten years.

" When you're supporting such a big band " - Jesus, fancy saying that to someone as legendary as these guys.

the anomal now shocked me to the bones that time...."we´re inthe hands of dangerous minds" and "the foolls lead the fools"-passages are milestones in system-critical music... hope the´re well today. h.m.

8/9/10 years old I was crazy about the rollers and Les made my heart bang and I felt I was in love with him ! Even though I was so young ha ha ,I desperately wanted to see them in concert but was told by mum “ You’re too young “ 😔 anyway the posters covered my walls , the best memories ever dancing in the living room with my best friend to the songs and aching to marry Les .. also Eric if I couldnt have Les ha ha .. so sad Les isn’t with us anymore , he was my first love and I will never forget him ..

I felt the exact way you did about Les. The posters, 16 magazine, and absolutely picked Eric as my #2 to marry if it couldn't be Les. My dad (bless his heart) took me to see them in NY. I was embarrassed since I saw no parents at the concert. I felt so uncool being there with my dad but it was the only way I was allowed to go. My dad spent the whole time lifting up girls that fainted and the stadium staff who got trampled and punched by fans! I could not hear one note of songs due to the volume of screaming. I never screamed. I just stood in silent awe not believing I was actually seeing Les live on stage. Like a dream. He was so gorgeous. Eric too.

I get the impression that Les is quite shy. It takes a good interviewer to relax him and build trust so he can be chatty like he is here. Well done, Will. What a lovely man, Les is. He was so right about the early days - the boyfriend you could never have on the bedroom wall. ❤❤

What a great interviewer. It's so easy to rip people like Les off and take the piss because he appealed to a certain teenage demographic but the BCR brought massive joy to millions of people. Les was obviously ripped off by accountants and lawyers which affected him tremendously at the time. RIP Les, you were a great bloke!

Bad enough doing an interview in a backroom full of tables and chairs etc but they should have put a sign on the door saying" Interview in progress, do not enter".

Great to see the lads on tour but also sad as they should be relaxing with their millions instead of getting home at two in the morning.
