I’m wearing the demon slayer uniform with the gladiator cape but since you are new that’ll take a little while to get since you’ll have to trade for the outfit and cape if you don’t do a gladiator raid. It shouldn’t be hard to trade for. And my hair is 5 and 1

Do NPCs also give rewards? I tried with a ability of the same level to see but I don't receive a bounty, only the player or something else gives a bounty?

no only players, what you could also do is use an ability on a player to get them in combat while they fight the npcs, and if they die it'll count to your bounty aswell
