I grew up on KISS, even seeing my first concert for Dynasty in grade 7. But what gets me, besides how much pr*ks Gene and Paul became, the fact Paul says how they love to drink Cold Gin, with Gene singing it... Gene has said he's never had a drink in his life, and Paul says he likes a great wine, but never drinks either. To me, that's just posing.

The 80s, like most things, tend to be romanticized in hindsight. What younger people need to realize, is that the reality is actually....... Yeah it was fkn awesome. It was just as ridiculous, bombastic, and stupid fun as it looks and sounds. Every decade has the good and bad but I'm glad to have lived the 80s as a teenager;
