Hard to watch on the side of the UW Control. Obviously he didn't know how to pilot his deck. Tapping out when not necessary. For the Rona player, how come Rona was able to loot in the near end of the game when he just casted it?

5:40 Tamiyo is targeted by Fatal Push, and Izzet player responds with Flame of Anor, which caused him to draw his third card and should have flipped Tamiyo, fizzling the Push. If he didn't miss it, probably would have won a lot quicker.

The Boros energy don't have discard or counter spell cards, so your Mill deck need focus on Mill every turn and you will kill first than him. Try this :)

You cant hold priority and also resolve the mill trigger. Opp would have a chance to respond to the mill trigger. Holding priority would mean that you are responding to your own mill trigger on the stack. I dont think it mattered in this case since opp didnt respond to anything that sequence, but it matters going forward for newer players who wouldnt know that they have a chance to respond there.

Unless I have missed something very recent it is the controlling players responsibility to state that the chalice triggers and counters the spell. If the miss it it's missed. If the opponent wants to force it they can choose to remind the controlling player or call a judge. This is chalice checking to make sure the opponent is tracking their triggers and he is completely allowed to keep the blood moon in play after being allowed to resolve it.

Hey, good match I just would like to know how did the discussion about the chalice of the void end, is it misseable? If not, why not? Isn't it a trigger?

it's misseable. Accepted gamestate. If you control the card but miss it, it's your fault, you should know what your cards do at all times. But here the question is rather was there enough time given to catch it. Since the gamestate didn't change much, maybe it's fair to counter it. But idk, I'm not a judge. I do know that if it took longer (like say 5+ game actions) its 100% misseable. There's also the fact that "Sure" is not necessarily a go to resolve the card, but this would be poorly argumented here anyway.

What surprises me is that a lot of people's opponents in this store championship don't know what the cards in meta decks do. I play MTGA sporadically and have encountered most of the cards a few times.

Judge here! Talent does not target. Also remember when resolving the third chapter you do not mill from the 2nd chapter until you have fully resolved the 3rd

I dunno if im missing something, but how the sac player created 2 food tokens on game 2? I can only see 1 scavenger's talent and it only triggers once each turn. It actually changed the HOLE game state.
