Great video! I just have one piece of advice - it might be better to talk about the house while you're walking around inside it or add a few video clips showing the house when you're talking about it. E.g. when you're talking about the kitchen, show a clip of the kitchen or be in the kitchen when you talk about it. This would make the house easier to imagine for a potential buyer and increase retention and watch time of the video.
