I presume they are vehicles with no documents. So unable to be registered. Extremely common in Thailand. If a person dies that vehicle cannot be transferred. The test station would most likely have written these off. Interesting collection.

All religions, sects and cults work with "fear" to control their believers, all also offer "rewards" if you donate to them and submit to their rules, paradise, rebirth, etc. The systems are similar, mostly securing the power of the powerful or making it possible at all if the first Homosabian can prove hell or paradise and deities for me....I will also be a believer.. Until then, I trust my common sense and the findings of science...ok

Science is getting updated day by day. The biggest star in this year won't be the biggest star anymore in the next year.we have only 5 sensors, Eye,Ear,Tounge,Skin,Nose. But buddha had 6 sensors including mind. He knew everything and said things which is necessary to end up this cycle of suffering.I think u understood. And buddhism is not like Christianity,Hinduism or Islam and it's bounded with nature.
