I admire you for this! The postpartum struggle is something no one tells you or wants to talk about. I went through terrible postpartum depression with both of my boys. Our baby is almost 15 months and I am still trying to get our of it mentally. Adjusting to two kids was hard so I can't imagine doing it from 1 to 3. You got this! We are all in this together!

I have ear problems since birth... Yeah the OTC bottle doing mostly doesn't have the pressure (like the dr has) to get it unless it very soft. The candle/burn does work for some people. The best way I do is get the ( forgot the name) kind that bubbles (you can eat n feel it working) by laying on your side and do it. That will work better... Walgreen has it for under $4
