My first year, a freshman, was the rose. This show was my sophomore year, and now Im a junior. I know I have one and half seasons left of marching band to go, but this show will always be my number one favorite when I graduate and think of my marching band years, and how hopefully, this band that I'm apart of, always, will set me up to get into Phantom Regiment. ❤❤

It’s amazing how different we performed at this competition compared to YIM and all other football games and competitions. It’s amazing how much the same show can change

I got to see this run in person from the end zone because my group went right after them. (We were the group with the unicorn show) We knew they were gonna beat us after seeing them in prelims but luckily we managed to have an upset from our prelims placement of 6th to get 3rd in finals. Great show and by far my favorite of the day! I feel so glad that we got to have a “podium placement” in the same comp as them because they are def way better than us lol.

The result of many designers selling the same basic framework to multiple bands. Watching this I’m guessing it’s a Wes Cartwright design? They have a look and sound about them that is very similar to each other. Brilliant but repeated.

ESC Em This show was so much fun, I still think that the hardest part of this show is when we had to collapse during the drum break, that was hard. I can’t speak for the ending though, I had to help catch the girl at the end and we just kneel down we didn’t completely collapse

@theepicrrotmg73256 жыл бұрын
Natearl13 sick, I remember seeing the band for the first time with “love at first bite” during my freshman year and we absolutely adored it (even though we we’re watching it from the backfield lmao). Farmington’s show is “dystopia”, it touches on the themes of George Orwell’s “1984” and the concept of a utopian society where the government controls our thoughts and dreams. I’m the trombone soloist and it’s one of our best competitive years to date (it may be our first year competing in AA) also you could put the video in a google drive, id love to see it
