Be careful you are not allowed to eat more than 15 grams of flaxseed! You are using way too much. Flaxseed contains cyanogeen which is poisonous, it affects the heart.

How much ground flaxseed and how much water? Looks yummy!

Looks wonderful! So I heard flaxseed is fragile to temperature in regards to nutrient loss. Would the nutrients be diminished by cooking them in boiling water?

Yah!! So glad I found you. I fell in love with the Turkish breakfast while visiting for one month this past May. Before departing I purchased 2 traditional heavy copper pans. With your recipe I now know about how to properly cook the eggs with sucuk or pepperoni. Thank you for explaining so clearly.

Molases? No! It looks wrong, its color is wrong and it tastes wrong. Use sugar please. And pistachio? No no no! It goes well with walnut. Only walnut. This is not traditional Turkish quince desert recipe. This is a modified version and it is not good. Sorry.

The one thing I remember our Turkish maid making us to eat in Ankara, Turkey back in 1962-63. Her name was Ihan. I am now learning to make it on my own. It has to be my favorite dish of all time!
