The TSU should be connected along the entire 200ft length of hose from proportioner to gun in order to ensure temperature is being maintained properly according to the material manufacturer's specs when mixing at the gun to spray.

It keeps the pump assembly lubricated, if it gets cloudy it needs changed.

what about more complicated roof shapes? roofs with penetrations of various types of installations through the roof plane and roof windows?

The Spray Head is approximately 6ft wide. This makes it optimal for wide open roofs. Veterans usually hand spray tight spaces and details including these penetrations you are asking about. We do however have the lift kit to assist with ribbed roofs and counterweight to help the cart handle sloped roofs exceeding a pitch of 1.5:12.

I’ll answer that. No. I’d rather spend two days setting this thing up than 4-5 days manually spraying. I sprayed 4 inches on 60,000 sqft. It hurt! Also, this bot makes that foam look smooth!

You coat it with silcone or some other roof coating. It’s the best roofing system IMO. Fully adhered, all one piece.

PMC did bring the AP2 back, but we also have Graco Fusion. Everybody has their preference, so we offer both.

Only 2 axels and you can only carry 2 sets of foam secured. And when customers put any other sets in there, which they will, they won't be secured and they will exceed their axels. I built my own. I have triple axels on a custom 32ft goose neck, can carry up to 7 sets of foam and a genie 2032 slab lift. 5 sets if I put the scissor lift in there otherwise I get over my axel limit.

This was a brand new truck, only requiring to etch the surface, then the manufacturer required us to wiped it down with solvent. If the truck is older and shows signs of oxidation, you are correct - it would then need primer or sanded down. Pending manufacturers application methods.

We had an inquiry from a customer.... For the sandpaper, recommend using 1,000 grit and the gun cleaner used in our crock pot is CU6.
