Hi pastor I'm gislaine aristil sometimes I understand sometimes no because I can't speak or I don't understand English very well. Is the reason why I don't come to church. But I follow it online

Hi Gislaine. Good to hear from you. Ok, it is difficult to learn a different language and it takes time. I'm glad you are following online. Also I would still encourage you to come to church for fellowship with other Christians. Despite some language differences, we face many of the same struggles in the Christian life. What are you gonna do when you find out *THIS* verse - means exactly what it says??? 1st John 3/8 "He that committeth sin *IS OF THE DEVIL;* for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil." Every time you "sin" - you *PROVE* who you really serve. Jesus would have *NEVER* done what you're doing. Facts 💯

1 John 3:8 is part of an excellent passage dealing with the Christian, Jesus and sin. However, it is unrelated to our study in the Gospel of John. Our context pertains to John 2:12-16 and the clearing of the Temple by Jesus. Let me know if you have any relevant comments to our current study. In time, we intend to study the epistles of John. Hi. Yes, Sunday worship is biblical. We also study Wed and Thurs PM. Believers today are no longer under the Sabbath requirements of the Mosaic Law. See discussion of biblical dispensations in Doctrinal Statement on our website. In Christ, FBC
