@Vazslap - The salary cap is savage and the expectations from the Upper level management is rather unreasonable considering the level of talent You can afford!!

Unfortunately, when I started the challenge and released everyone, I had to release a lot of the high value players so we lost a lot of revenue on those sales. The second problem is I can't sell some of the players as their wages are to high and won't move
