This part of Vista Verde is not usually flooded naman po. 😊 But yes, some parts of the village are flooding kapag mga super typhoons. There are also multiple entry and exit points. 😊 We appreciate your feedback. Thank you! 😃

Technically, "3/4 Bath" ang tawag kapag meron Shower pero walang bathtub -- "Full Bath" pag meron. Sa Pinas, we commonly use Shower to bathe, kaya Toilet and Bath ang tawag. Washroom/Powder Room ang tawag pag walang Shower and meron lang flush toilet + wash basin.

Nearest fault line is right around Commonwealth QC if we're not mistaken.
