87 Topps was my first set to buy multiple boxes of wax packs at a time. I would buy 6 boxes from Wal-Mart at a discounted price, take a couple boxes to school in my backpack and sell packs during lunch break and after school. Sometimes I would trade for loose rookie and veteran cards that I would sell to my LCS or keep for my PC. Good times! Thanks for the video!

That will always be my favorite layout with the black borders, but also the hardest to find centered and not chipped on the edges. 89 Upperdeck took card quality to the next level in 89, but that black border from Donruss had me hooked. Dick Perez was the Diamond King artist for the first 20 years and was chosen because he was the official MLB Hall of Fame artist.

at least it's easy to differentiate the hits... They have a hologram on the back. Everything else is considered base not worth a Nickel
