I think" The story of Pearl girl" has high quality in production . Although they has comment about CG, but in other means of quality in production eg. Costume, make-up, scene setting and detail of historical in Tang -dynasty is great., especially in diving scene of Zhao Lusi. It is the most excellent diving scene in chinese costume drama that I've ever seen

Thank you for wonderful, creative content. I am reading the original novel for Mysterious Lotus Casebook and highly agree with author. Also, I am almost done with Love Game in Eastern Fantasy and really enjoyed the novel (though the ending....) but it is true that the drama adaptation is MUCH lighter and comedic; I love both versions. Love to hear about Dr. Qin Medical Examiner as I am a big ZRY fan and the three actors were excellent.

I prefer a smaller discrepancy in height between male and female. The pairing of a well defined 6ft+ male and a 91lb, 5ft (or under) female looks like an adult with a child playing dress up from her mother's wardrobe . A male bending in half to attempt a kiss looks anything but cute. I love chinese dramas, historic and modern, but I think my age is showing.

There was this one historical drama where in the mountain there a family resided. There was young master who was careless about his life and one handsome doctor who always scolded him everybody was afraid of him but not the doctor. One day doctor dies in prison he was convicted due to misunderstanding and in the prison he suffers from septic and dies miserably. Anyone knows the title of this drama please?

For real? Instant pass, who likes rats, rabbits or monkeys ? This is real clap-trap. Will look for a channel with a brain....Oh, and Neo Hou or Wu Lei and Wang HeDi have large heads, compared to their body size. This is, by the way, a first prerequisite when you work on film: your face and head need to dominate, or you disappear on any given take!

Li Hongyi my favorite Chinese actor is very tall at 188cm, he kinda look like Cheng Yi but Li Hongyi is younger by 8 yrs & taller guy. Ao Ruipeng also favorite Chinese actor from The Blood of Youth with Li Hongyi, Ao Ruipeng is I think 189cm. I knew it Zhang Linghe is very tall, but maybe around 189cm, not 190cm more taller than Liu Yuining. These are all my favorite tallest Chinese actors!

Why You didnt mention the most famous, handsome and tall Xiao Zhan, Woo he is almoist 187 , his long legs and perfect body make him a real KING when walks. From 18O they must be considered very tall. So You must talk about Wang Yibo, and others too.

Shout out to costume designers, make up artists and sorry i need to mention ( plastic surgeons). But they are very talented. I watched over 400 chineese doramas and all are multi skilled. I don't want to compare them with each other. All are amazing in they own way✨

Some channels are bias towards TSOPG. This drama is a massive hit domestically and abroad and received high praised by critics alike in Chinese entertainment industry. This admin might just be referring to a one off data for a day. But honestly TSOPG is very solid top 1 on most platform especially the character Duanwu always top 1.
