He should look more into what dreadlocks are before he can give out an educated answer. He might be thinking of the Aghor subdivision of the Hindu religion who also wear dreadlocks but eat from human skulls and are filthy to the core!! Normal people of African decend who wear dreads are far from being dirty. His is very biased but then again he should not speak on someting that he has no knowledge of!!

The ignorance of Muslim today is not shocking anymore Nuh as wife and son were kafir ibrahim as father was kafir lut as wife was kafir prophet saw grandparents, parents, uncle abu talib abu lahab, many aunts and cousins were kafir, Allah guides whom he wills while others unfortunately didn't accept Islam. Blind ignorance defense lies like this is same as when Christians and Shia kafir lie and defend with fake fabricated weak narrations. Authentic hadith makes all clear It was narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that his parents are in Hell. Muslim (203) narrated that a man said: “O Messenger of Allah, where is my father?’ He said: “In Hell.” When the man turned away, he called him back and said: “My father and your father are in Hell.” With regard to his mother he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “I asked my Lord for permission to pray for forgiveness for my mother, and He did not give me permission. I asked him for permission to visit her grave, and He gave me permission.” Narrated by Muslim, 976. Al-Nawawi (may Allah have mercy on him) said, commenting on the first hadeeth: This indicates that whoever died during the fatrah (interval between two Prophets) following the way of the Arabs at that time, namely idol-worship, is among the people of Hell. We cannot say that the message did not reach these people, because the message of Ibraaheem and other Prophets had reached these people. Sharh Saheeh Muslim, 3/79. Most of the reports that been narrated to the effect that the parents of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) were brought back to life and believed in him and were saved are fabricated and false. Some of them are very weak and cannot be saheeh under any circumstances, as the imams of hadith are unanimously agreed that they are fabricated, such as al-Daaraqutni, al-Jawzaqaani, Ibn Shaheen, al-Khateeb, Ibn ‘Asaakir, Ibn Naasir, Ibn al-Jawzi, al-Suhayli, al-Qurtubi, al-Muhibb, al-Tabari, Fath al-Deen ibn Sayyid al-Naas, Ibraaheem al-Halabi and others. The scholar Ibraaheem al-Halabi explained at length the fact that the parents of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) have not been saved from Hell in a separate essay, as did ‘Ali al-Qaari in Sharh al-Fiqh al-Akbar and in a separate essay. The basis for this opinion is the soundness of this hadith (“My father and your father are in Hell”). We can see these are major great scholars of hanafi maliki shafi hanbali madhab who unanimously agreed this and minority scholars who claimed opposite made mistake and wrong ijtihaad on this. We should understand that blood ties will not save anyone from the wrath of Allah. Al-Nawawi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Whoever dies in kufr will be in Hell and his blood ties will not benefit him at all. Sharh Saheeh Muslim, 3/79. The ruling on the parents and grandfather of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) is no exception to that. The father of Ibraaheem (peace be upon him) was a kaafir and remained so until he died, and Ibraaheem disavowed himself of him, as Allah says (interpretation of the meaning): “And Ibraaheem’s (Abraham) invoking (of Allah) for his father’s forgiveness was only because of a promise he [Ibraaheem (Abraham)] had made to him (his father). But when it became clear to him that he (his father) is an enemy of Allah, he dissociated himself from him” [al-Tawbah 9:114] The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) even stated this clearly, when the following verse was revealed (interpretation of the meaning): “And warn your tribe (O Muhammad) of near kindred” [al-Shu’ara’ 26:214] He said: "O people ofQuraysh (or said similar words)! Buy (i.e. save)yourselves (from the Hellfire) as I cannot save you fromAllah's punishment. O Bani Abd Manaaf, I cannot saveyou from Allah's punishment. O ‘Abbaas ibn ‘Abd al-Muttalib, I cannot saveyou from Allah's punishment. O Safiyyah, aunt ofthe Messenger of Allah, I cannot save you from Allah'spunishment. O Faatimah daughter of Muhammad, Ask me for whatever you want of my wealth, but I cannot save you from Allah's punishment.” Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 2753; Muslim, 206.

I am also glad to find that someone in today's world is again trying to revive the methods of Imam Abu Hanifa and trying to keep Quran above all other texts. I have listened to your 3+ hours lecture on Age of Hazrat Aisha(RA) at the time of marriage and giving all the details. But i am surprised that you didn't mention 2 quranic verses which are very important for solving this issue. One is Surah Ahzab ayah 33 and also Surah Nisa ayah 6. I hope you will look into these ayahs too.

Abdullah ibn Mas’ud reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “The best people are those of my generation, then those who come after them, then those who come after them. Then, there will come people after them whose testimony precedes their oaths and their oaths precede their testimony.” Source: Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 6429, Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 2533 Grade: Muttafaqun Alayhi (authenticity agreed upon) according to Al-Bukhari and Muslim According to this Hadith, Hanafi scholars have deduced and understood that even if the narrator is unknown but as long as he's from the time period of the golden 3 generations that narrator falls under the general appraisal of the those generations being trustworthy and reliable in memory by default...the evidence is what the Prophet ﷺ said about those who come after needing witness testimonies (the purpose of which is to verify memory) and oaths (the purpose of which is to deem trustworthiness.

Imam Abu Hanifa Rahimullah did not travel and have limited sources of Hadith and yet used more Qiyas and logical reasoning in his school of thought which violated a lot of sunnah. Imam Ahmed Ibn Hanbal Rahimullah travelled the most acquiring most hadith and used Qiyas in rare cases if there’s absolute silent knowledges which is why Hanbali is closest to the sunnah.

@@bd4645 so why did Abu Hanifa put a disclaimer that we should follow the authentic Hadith mentioning “there’s no marriage without guardian” after making his own fatwa that you can get married without guardian? Abu Hanifa said “If the Hadith is authentic, it is what I believe in, you have to follow that, and it is part of my maddhab. Throw my opinion into the ocean, garbage, or street” This proves that he had limited knowledge and I don’t blame him, but we have to prioritize Sunnah over opinions. Don’t tell me he said because of piety because he was being legit when he said it, so all hanafi followers should follow what he said regarding the Hadith.

@@fizz9176 my beloved brother in Islam, he said this to the mujtahids which in his case was his students Mohammed Shaybani and Abu Yusuf and I’m pretty sure they believed it wasn’t mandatory to have a guardian before marriage either . Also , Abu Yusuf and Mohammed shaybani spoke to many scholars as well so it wasn’t a matter of lack of Hadith , it was a valid issue of dispute . Also in an authentic source , imam Ali said that although he never recommended marrying without a guardian, he considered it to be halal and Aisha said something quite similar . According to the Hanafi school , the Hadith referring to the marriage being invalid without a guardian was referring to slave or pubescent women .

@@fizz9176 imam Abu hanifa knew loads of Hadiths and I’ll tell you why logically , you can’t believe otherwise . Coincidently , for fatwas he had that the only schools didn’t agree with, there was strong Hadiths from sahih Muslim bukhari and Abu dawud to support his claims . Also, the Hadith master , Sufyan thawri who was also based in kufa , acknowledged Abu hanifas knowledge in Hadith and no one would dare say Sufyan thawri never knew authentic Hadiths because his Hadiths are as authentic as it gets . Also imam Abu hanifa went to hajj 55 times and lived in medina for 2-6 years I don’t remember the exact figure but he would obviously speak to scholars and learn from them and so this idea that he didn’t know authentic Hadiths has been debunked . Also imam Jafar taught imam Abu hanifa and imam Malik and so if we say imam Abu hanifa didn’t know Hadith , we might as well say imam Malik never knew Hadith which we all know is an absolutely absurd claim . Also , if imam Abu hanifa never knew authentic Hadiths , then why do the hanifi and Maliki school have very similar rulings in many many things. Abu hanifa was known as the greatest imam for a reason and anyone who was reached that rank is bound to make enemies for no real reason especially if he was loved by everyone which he clearly was
