I’ve been there and not all sites have a nice view but I like the hills and the neighborhood in general. Also, the homes with better views are in the most expensive section (there are 3 different neighborhoods with different price ranges).

The property is superbnice & amazing 🤩👍🏿! The whitish interior of the home is perfect💯👍👏, as it would reflect more lights 💡 during night hours, especially it's location near the bushes! The land that properties sit on is a hilly slope. Why not builders building a basement their 🤷🏻‍♂️!? Soomin, can you tell me what's the lot size of the house? Also I've very little idea about Leander. So how far is it from the Austin's downtown?? Anyways to wrap up all the property is superb 😊👍🏿as it is ! Thanks a lot Soomin for the nice home tour ☺❤👍🏿!

H Mart has been my go to store since I moved here to Austin. I lived in GA most of my life and the only H mart we had was 4 hours away from me in Atlanta. I would make trips up there JUST to go to H Mart lol. When I moved here 5 years ago H Mart wasn't NEARLY as busy as it is now. Its popularity definitely blew up post pandemic. I fully understand why but I'm ready for slower traffic at this location with the new one opening down south.

This location makes the one in Carrollton (DFW) look ghetto. Ours looks like it’s been there since the 70s, and nothings changed since. Not a whole lot of room. Never eaten at their food court because of how tiny and small it is. You never know who’s going to be open, and to be honest, there’s like only one table per business, it feels like. So it doesn’t look like they expect to have many customers even though the store is always packed. But I guess if they’re opening several other locations, maybe that will help alleviate the crowd. The problem is that across the street is 99 Ranch, a Chinese grocery store that sells similar products, and then a few miles north is Zion Mart, another Korean grocery store, with more mini stores, and a bigger food court, though not as big as the one in the video.
@SoominKimRE
@SoominKimRE Ай бұрын
Carrollton is rich with Asian / Korean cultural options for food , so we can give them a pass on the sub par HMart food court. It is similar to a location in Irvine, CA.... super small food court or I should say corner section.
@UmmYeahOk
@UmmYeahOk Ай бұрын
@@SoominKimRElol, yes, it’s more of a “corner.” The Zion Mart is significantly closer to us due to how difficult it is to navigate around that one mile stretch of highway. My family refers to that place as “The Korean Sears.” It’s located in a dead mall, but I’ve seen that mall during its glory days, and I don’t think I’ve ever seen the original Sears that busy. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever been inside that Sears as often as I do with it being Korean, and that’s including all the times my folks brought me there as a kid. I truly feel that having THAT as an anchor store is what’s keeping that mall alive. Its own food court is a joke, but the one inside Zion however is worth the trip alone. I wish other cultural groups would lease out the other department stores. People would travel to see an international mall. Plus, it’s just funny seeing where all the modern departments are. There’s a patisserie where they sold tires. There’s an expensive fancy shabu restaurant where you’d get your oil changed. I just think that’s funny.

@@SoominKimREthe foot court is where the home electronics and appliances used to be. What’s cool is that most of that downstairs was originally inaccessible to customers. I guess it was used as a stock room and offices for Sears. The grocery part of it took over much of that. I know that one of the bathrooms, the one near the patisserie, used to have a bunch of smaller offices around it. One of those offices was a classroom where they taught drivers ed. My 8th grade history teacher used to teach there. Sadly, the escalator hadn’t worked since Sears closed. They blocked it off with signs telling you what’s upstairs, but don’t tell you how to get there. You have to use the stores elevator, which still smells like 1989. The mall has really crappy hours, but when it’s open, the upstairs mall entrance is rarely open, so you can’t really go in that way. It’s just a bunch of much larger Korean businesses with odd hours. What’s cool though is that some of that has spilled into the mall. First floor, going out, has a few of Korean storefronts. But again, mall has crappy hours, like 11-7. 8 hour work day, but for customers, not fun. Zion stays open longer, and mall security will sometimes inform them that they need to close that door, harassing one of the restaurant owners to close it. Sometimes families get split up, and if they can’t get the restaurant owner to reopen it, they have to walk all the way around the mall, go outside, then walk back inside Zion.

Mr. Kim, Custom means to the preferences likes and dislikes of the individual person, the only thing custom is the furniture and home décor. but the houses themselves are pretty much all the same layout. I'm sorry but that is boring.
@SoominKimRE
@SoominKimRE Ай бұрын
I'm grasping at what you are trying mean here....yes custom means selections, and in the case of a production build there are custom selections for individuals building this plan , from design (back splash, cabinets, flooring, elevation, roofing, railing, landscaping etc.) also there are selections of (4 bed or 5, bathroom count selection and Drees will vary walls of rooms etc.) So not sure what you are implying......if you are discussing a full custom from a custom builder with an architect the title would not likely give you a Builder floorplan name. Hope that helps and grateful that you watched..... even if it was 'boring' =)
