hi you got to have wide doors to get this in a home i had to get a otari mx80 as big as i could get in my home i can see why alot go after the soundcarft 760 decks i have 2 16 24 easy to fix up alot of parts around baking still done onj alot of tapes still

Nice machine! The tape handling is first class. Rewinds fast yet is gentle to the tape. It seems you have a noisy ball bearing though?

NIce work. I am still finding time to start restoring my another A80VU mk2, it's been idling for years. I would prefer DSD to PCM for the transfer. I had once done a transfer thru KORG in DSD format, it sounded smoother than PCM IMO. Cheers.
