I really appreciate what you said about asking the Lord for instruction. Rarely have I asked God to teach me how to do something, which I now see is different from asking him to reveal something to me. I think this is so important because often when I get a revelation, I have no idea what to do with what I now know. I sit in pain indefinitely instead of praying “Lord, teach me how to overcome the pain of what you’ve just shown me, teach me how to break this cycle, teach me how to be more loving, forgiving, honest etc. Asking the Lord to “teach me how” will now become an important part of my prayer life. Thank you Bettye. You’re always on time.

I was just looking into legalism today. I'm always wondering and asking if everything I'm doing is good enough in God’s eyes or afraid to take steps because I'm worried it'll be the wrong one. I think I'll pick up that book soon.

I was listening to the sermon lately and heard sacrifice without boundaries. It's disrespectful to God, cause only He is worth sacrifice. Not others, we're His children. We should use wisdom for our good to serve Him the best way. But sacrificing for others, not acknowledging sins that should be addressed, it's weaknesses, seeking our own glory of anf doing what we thinki, not checking what was God's direction for us. It's pride, sin, Before you sacrifice for others, ask God first. Cause we can not only end discourage and fill of so bad emotions towards the people, but the worse part - it will ompull You out from God. Sad and full of hatred persem literally can't pray. Devil had put so many seeds of bad emotions in me are and now I cannot come out of this place I was bedor. Mind about your need, if possible don't bother with nothing, focuse on God first vzz rest will be ok ... I feel isolated from my Husband and now 8 year old daughter. I know it sounds so awful, but as I was working constantly and ended tired and now having physical strength to eat, I didn't mind, although it was hardest thing ever. Yet, i did belive that they will appreciate it

I literally lost all my confidence when I had to walk through countless “unheard” or “unanswered” prayers. It shook me because I was so used to getting my answers.
