I wonder if someone who are monsters committed heinous crimes like mass murder or p*dophilia/child m*lestation can’t have a graduation and can’t give second chance to return society those who were sentence to life-without-parole or death.

Of course. Graduating gives them hope, besides, it’s a positive thing and yet we find negativity around here. If they didn’t do anything, they’d get hated on. If they committed another crime inside, they’d get hated on. If they GRADUATED or did anything else that’s positive, they’d still get hated on. Damned if you do and damned if you don’t. Idk. 🙏✌️ Congrats fellas, good luck. God bless.

This is the kind of program our society needs! It gives these men the opportunity to turn their lives around and become part of a high paying industry. Best wishes to every person who goes through this course and changes their life! 👍👍

It's nice to see they got a program like this for inmates. But, remember, people who are not in prison have to pay over $30,000 to get this training. Doesn't seem fair.....

PIA was a great experience! They treat you as an employee, not an inmate. Learn real life skills, not just how to work.

Women comprise of 50% of the population, yet only 2-15% of workers in construction. I’m so glad my company Soulful Design and Builds is changing that by being the only, largest all-minority women construction company in all of the US and probably the world.

Prison has always been a place where minorities are welcome. PIA exploits the way the system is, but at least the worker is getting something in return.

It may look that way but there's plenty whites to go around.theyre probably just not Interested. And too, depends what facility we're talking . Go to other facilities and you'll see more whites than others.
