The way the main menu music changes intensity as you get closer to the race is subtle but never gets old. Hypes you up a little

As good as all the other games were, this OST is the only one that feel like it's being played on a Nes rather than programmed for the Nes. This was done on just base hardware, and it sounds pleasing in a way that's usually the domain of enhanced Konami games or European games doing their best c64 impression.

It's so funny that they had a robot master named "Star Man" and the first few notes of Gyro Man's theme sounds like the invincible theme from Super Mario Bros.

Thanks for posting this! I remember briefly being engrossed in HoMM 2 when I was a teenager and I think someday I will revisit it. I am glad that I can buy the HoMM on GOG easily when they are on sale. Maybe I will buy 1 and 2 sometime next year. Thanks again for sharing!

This Mega Man had a completely different sound in the instruments, drums etc. It's neat but I kinda hate the select theme (rest of the soundtrack is EXCELLENT though). I'd would love to know how this whole thing would sound like with the regular instruments!

Hola, por favor podrias hacer uno, pero con todos sus soundtrack, por lo menos de los bosses, carreras y trmas caracteristico de cada mundo 🙏 habia un video en youtube que estaban todos sus soundtracks, duraba como 5 horas y tenia como 500k vistas, o mas creo, pero fue borrado. Seria genial si pudieras hacer uno, por lo menos con las musicas mas características de dk64. Gracias de antemano por el video, es bueno contar con estás recopilaciones
