I like that you use the Lego road plates. I’m not a fan of the new road system expensive, limited use and poor design. The city looks excellent. Cheers from Canada 👍🎉🇨🇦

Thank you!😄 I agree, the new system is a bit too expensive for me, especially when I already had all the normal road plates that I needed for the city. And then by elevating the buildings by one plate do I still get the extra height elevation that you would otherwise get with the new road plates and mils system.

Thank you! The trees are pretty much the same as the one that comes in the detective’s office. Just that I use 1x1 snot bricks with four studs instead of the technic pieces.

Well I’ll try to explain better. The trunk is just built using a bar piece. Then the main tree is built using a 1x1 snot brick w/4 studs, then a 1x1 round brick, then another 1x1 snot brick w/4. Then on each stud place two leaf pieces and you’re done.

It is 1x2 tiles in trans light blue and trans dark blue. And yes they give a quite nice water effect.

Very impressive. The fact that it's more than one layer of tiny bricks is actually insane, but it does really add to the transitions and the end result. It really looks fantastic!

Love the waves! And I had the same issue with my water where the baseplate starts to bend. After weighing it down over time it eventually flattened out!

ONE TIP!! The toilet is not placed very well because next to it are people that are eating at a table, so i dont think you want to smell a toilet while you re eating at a beach :))

Wow! This looks so good! I switched to MILS plates so I won’t have the curving edges problem. I have my tiles (different color plates for the bottom layer) lite and dark trans blue, but NOW I SEE THIS!! I’m going to have to do another layer. Watching your vids is costing me money so I will patiently await your vids if and when you get to them. I don’t know when you filmed but best of luck with your exams.

No, sorry, I have just not had that much time to put into Lego and videos. And frankly I have just been a bit demotivated lately. But the next episode is filmed and the script is written, meaning I just need to record the voiceover and edit, and it is done. So I’ll try and get it uploaded in the beginning of next week, but with exams and everything can I not promise anything.

I have to say very impressive, u should ad some background music too. And also for the sidewalk, u should make it with little one by one pieces of dark gray blue, and like iron ingots here and there.

Thanks for the feedback. Currently I am using a bit what I have in my collection, so since I have lots of tiles in light bluish gray am I using those, but that will be something I will think about for the future. When it comes to the music am I still trying to figure out how I want to make the videos. So if you check out my old ones can you see that I have music. So I’ll think about it.
