This is so good. Everybody should start with the floor because everyone has a floor. There's lots of stuff we can use to exercise with and this video demonstrates that well. Stack 2 sets of boxes and use them for dips. Doing dips on a flat surface is very different from bars where almost everyone does dips and has some advantages because you can vary the hand position, something not easy to do on bars. (You may need to cut plywood to fit the top of your boxes.)

Not to trying to hate or anything, but Keldon crossed his feet on the lateral slide, which is a violation and would make his time invalid. Also, the athletes need to remain squared forward the whole time... not sure how strict they are about it at the NBA combine, but these guys were definitely diagonal on the slides and I'm not sure if those trials would stand.
