I agree with your point of view..I have been working in USA since 2017 . I joined initially Indian IT firm after graduation, work culture is sit, garbage & toxic ..they also gave extra work here just like india but the good thing here is laws are strict so they have to pay ..this Scam IT companies hire managers/employee (mostly their personal relatives and friends from south India)directly from india on H1b and they come with Indian toxic work culture..pay is very less on H1b ….finally I just gave up and joined to American owned IT company ..work culture is excellent, Pay way better, No work after hours, manager is down to earth , they listen and take care their employees for real …managers , CEO , employees all treated same at one level, no ego problems..there are days where I just informed 1 hours ago my managers that I need to leave from office and work place for few hours or a day due to family issues..without any hesitation my manager always approved my request..in return he write take care your family first come back at work when you feel good ..No worries…My manager is white American..🇺🇸….I suggest Non Indian manager is far better and liberal….. Anyway…I love American work culture ðics …I wish that implement in india too…so people don’t want to move other countries…..
