hello, can you please tell me which is the wire that needs to be connected to disable the overload
@TimBuildIt2 күн бұрын
Power a toggle switch to fused key switched 12V connect toggle to wire GB16 on third connector right from the top left of the circuit board behind the seat. Wire GB16 powers the lockout valve for the hydraulics. The toggle switch allows you to run normally, provided you splice into GB16 rather than cut it.

Clever ideas, thanks for sharing for sharing. Have you noticed how warm the VFD gets when sealed inside the ammo box? The VFD I use for my Bridgeport spindle motor has a fan on the heatsink, and gets a little warm even with the airflow.
@TimBuildIt10 күн бұрын
I'm not sure how hot they get. The vfd's do have thermal protection, and i've never had it kick in.

When you get older you will use that hook you made to pull those straps down instead of jumping around all the time. Ahhh, youth...

That's a good idea, I didn't think of that.

Mine clicks but the light isn't coming on anymore. It looks identical to you silver aluminum one. I am wondering if there isn't something on the lens/led end that has finally gone wrong. I haven't found any way that makes sense to take it apart to try and repair it though.

My TL220 arms and bucket droop down and I suspect it’s from the self leveling valve. Is this why you have done this?
@TimBuildIt Жыл бұрын
I doubt it's the self leveling valve. it could be, but my guess would be the seals are going out on your control valves or the cylinder piston seals. ours goes down over time too, it's kinda how it works with hydraulics

Nice build! Just got done building a set for my 130. What model grapple is that and how do you like it?
@TimBuildIt Жыл бұрын
Thanks! it's from MTL attatchments out of Georgia. www.mtlattachments.com/attachments/mtl-x-series-rock-grapple-bucket-wteeth. I do like the toothbar, as you can use it to smooth out dirt while you're sorting out roots. i don't like how short the grapples are, as it makes it hard to pick up small sticks.
