From one mom to another, I'm so paranoid now. Two weeks ago, I fell off a foot stool. I climbed it a thousand times before. I ended up breaking my wrist in two places and just had surgery 4 days ago. Please use a safety step stool with the bar you can hold onto. I'm in a world of pain as I recover. I wish I hadn't climbed that stool. 😢

I just got a tummy tuck and lipo last week and wearing a faja so it enhancing my body lol 😊 I’m slowly healing can’t do a lot of movements

@@shanynwoolery I do not regret it The first two days were hard for me to walk around but I still did. I was taking pain medication so that really helps.
