you are wrong in some points, In an induction generator, the rotor speed is slightly higher than the synchronous speed when generating electricity. This characteristic makes it suitable for wind turbine applications, where the variable wind speed causes changes in rotor speed. When the rotor speed exceeds the synchronous speed, the relative motion between the rotor and the stator induces electrical current, allowing the generator to produce electricity.
