in one line if you have earthing, use elcb. otherwise use rccb, i personally like rccb. it prevents from any electric shock

you are wrong in some points, In an induction generator, the rotor speed is slightly higher than the synchronous speed when generating electricity. This characteristic makes it suitable for wind turbine applications, where the variable wind speed causes changes in rotor speed. When the rotor speed exceeds the synchronous speed, the relative motion between the rotor and the stator induces electrical current, allowing the generator to produce electricity.

I have added the PWM IC by help you. it is easy to make footprint and layout and schematic also, but it is not working in RUN SIMULATION. Why ?

I think the added IC doesn't have simulation file which helps to simulate behaviour of IC on software.
