oh this is neat!! how long do the orbeez last in a bottle with baby oil? have you seen the glow in the dark ones?

Great question! The orbeez in the sensory bottle from this video are still going strong. We made this video 2 years ago! I’m assuming that they’ll last for a few more years because the oil acts as a preservative. I have seen the glow in the dark ones but I haven’t personally used them. Sounds like a great idea for a sensory bottle though! Thanks for your comment ❤️

Do the glowing effect eventually wear off? Or does it stay permanently?

They do eventually fade. They’ll glow for several hours, depending on the glow sticks that you use. The average is 4-8 hours 😊

Does the color or type of glitter matter for this experiment? You are using fine glitter... does any type of glitter work?

Hi Jesy, I prefer to use iridescent fine glitter because of its reflective properties. However, your glow jars will still be beautiful if you use different types and sizes of glitter. If you’re using non iridescent glitter, you might achieve better results using a smaller size or lighter colour. Thanks for your question!
