A post to all jail administration and department of corrections state of Utah Nevada and Arizona I'm just letting you know through the years my own personal and eyewitness accounts of the criminal conduct in which you chose to participate in is going to be acknowledged going to speak publicly about it and express my concerns so that my accusations can be investigated and you're agencies be held accountable for the criminal misconduct reckless endangerment violating the ethics that were written in both state and federal levels the willingness of you to participate be paid before during and after the events and the willful deliberate and malicious acts to hide criminal misconduct amongst your departments or being paid to overlook errors wall will recklessly endangering or participating in behaviors that cause serious bodily injury harm and also but not limited to two serious bodily injury and a conspiracy accessory to attempted murder the victimization and 6 crimes against a juvenile while in uniform in your own facilities you guys keeping logged records and filming of the events and listening to phone callswhere victim needed help and you chose to take money instead of helping the victim you stood by actively engaged in the behaviors that you knew were wrong recklessly endangered my life as well as my children's you carjacked me kidnap me and help me hostage

I herd there was a shake down in the lock down area about a week ago, and they weren’t even COs those cells were completely empty of there property, now they have to buy all over again, some can’t afford to shop every week, and some just happen to be in the wrong place at the wrong time, this is getting expensive!!!!!

This is so wrong in every level. You can see a smirk on one of the witnesses. This should be something very private and not a showdown of events. The man did what he did, he was punished for it and only the ones affected from it should have been involved; not a bunch of people giving their opinions. This was a spectacle. People should not be executed after a quarter of a century has passed by, ridiculous!

This is a sad thing all the way around. It was stated the man executed tonight is not the same man that did those things. It's been 25 years. The thing is one wrong done in answer to another wrong does not make two nights. Lots of people need therapy because of this. And people that don't have the heart to murder went in and killed a man last night. Even if it was government ordered it is no less serious. And it can not be undone. Blood on innocent hand is an serious thing it makes the hand it covers not innocent anymore.

I understand the “freedom of speech” & the “freedom of the press” but these reporters & other citizens ask the dumbest questions like they’re in grade school. Instead of questioning, how about trying out for themselves then ask god for forgiveness in their afterlife about the “feeling of pain”. Many prisoners get 25 years to life & citizens complain about money being wasted. Now prisoners being put to “sleep” & citizens still complain. Nothing makes anyone happy.

Justice Demands Retribution. It’s pretty simple to not get the death penalty, don’t commit aggravated murder. The death penalty is the highest form of punishment and should remain as such for atrocious crime committed against the innocent.

I retired from PA Dept of Corrections. The main way drugs and contraband were introduced into the prison was from visitors, the mail and sadly staff members. Visitors interacting with inmates in the visiting room and staff not seeing the transactions. Many ways drugs can be mailed into the prison. And yes, staff members bringing drugs, contraband like cell phones and money to work with them. All staff knew you can be searched at anytime yet they gambled and brough those items in anyway. The mail was defeated by moving the mail room outside the prison and photocopying the letters and corrections staff checking items coming in from outside vendors and family members.
