actually it contains a significant amount of randomness, the minimoog runs through a red panda tensor andf basically plays itself. It´s like a forest, it grows on its own.

Nice sound! I love my Chroma. Especially the keyboard. Did you use the 2nd pedal for filter modulation, or is that programmed in through an envelope?
@Synthesizer_Explorations3 жыл бұрын
Pedal 2 controls filter cutoff as I remember.

Hey, if you still read these comments: I see you've got a classical organ as well! I'm primarily a classical organist, and considering getting the PK27 to use for home classical practice with my C2. How do the short pedals feel compared to a full pedal board? Is the spacing basically the same (albeit not concave)?
@Synthesizer_Explorations3 жыл бұрын
hi, I get notification when there is a comment. I would not recommend the pk27 for classical training, the pedals are much shorter , and with different width. All the best.

Lovely piece, was the expander playing the arpeggio and the Chroma the lead?
@Synthesizer_Explorations5 жыл бұрын
Thanx! I play both instruments simultaneously from the Chroma keyboard, and first do the arpeggio on both and then the melodies on both, with one to the left and one to the right through a TC Electronics Flashback x4. Both have the same programs, but still sound slightly different, which I like, the filters are tuned a little bit apart. All recorded in Logic 8 and a little bit of reverb added.

Love this! Nothing quite sounds like the Chroma, and someone who can actually play it!

Are you able to play classical organ pieces on this pedalboard? I can't see a single video of anyone demonstrating it can be done with proper technique. I want to buy a pedalboard for my Dexibell Classico L3 but not sure if this is any good for the purpose.
@Synthesizer_Explorations5 жыл бұрын
No. Wrong width and depth for proper toe and heel-technique. Suitable for leftfoot only walking jazzbass.
@glasss19785 жыл бұрын
@@Synthesizer_Explorations thank you. Do you know any alternative that takes up smaller space than a normal sized pedal board but still good for classical music?
@Synthesizer_Explorations5 жыл бұрын
@@glasss1978 I have a Laukhuff 30 midipedalboard. In order to practise what to play in church you need correct dimension.
@glasss19785 жыл бұрын
@@Synthesizer_Explorations could you tell me what's wrong with the width exactly? Are you saying the pedals are slimmer (not as wide as they should be)? I couldn't find any info on this again. As for the depth, I can see the pedals are shorter in length but I'm a female with size 39 feet so I thought this wouldn't be a problem. Also I play mainly Baroque (Bach played with toes only!). But what you said about the width made me think because that can mess up my learning of distances.
@Synthesizer_Explorations5 жыл бұрын
Proper toe and heel technique learned on pk27 will not prepare you for church organ. Too narrow and too few pedals. American standard AGO is 32 pedals, german standard BDO is 30 pedals.

Finally someone showing the Chroma that knows how to play! You wouldn't think that would be so rare on synth demos, but sadly I think most people get synthesizers and think the sounds alone are interesting. What good is a jet without a decent pilot?

does the swell pedal work for the pedal keys and the keys you're playing with your hands, or just one of the two? or can it do either way
@Synthesizer_Explorations7 жыл бұрын
the swell pedal works on both manuals, unlike a pipeorgan, where it works only on the swell manual registers
