"Historical " 😂😅 you did what every total war game is won by : enveloping the flanks around. Napoleon won this battle by a frontal attack, not flanking. Of course as a ntw player myself i know the morale system in this game is very flunky so the troops would prob surrender if you sent them straight on

This battle took me ages to beat on hard/ v.hard. When I finally beat it, I literally had just 1 unit left. I was genuinely concerned it wouldn’t be enough to knock the last arty piece off the central hill.

It seems here you really have to hold and ware them down before advancing on the center. I tried many different things before coming to this video. A full attack on the right, left, and center. I always ran out of steam. Then I pushed hard through the left and the horses always outflanked me. I didn't think to move the cannons step by step with my troops. I'll try this out.
