You can go to the website coolors.co to explore and download palettes for free, it's an awesome website. I go into detail on how to do this and import the palette into Photoshop at the beginning of the video 😀 Thank you for watching!

Hi there! I am holding the Option key while clicking on the layer that I want to put inside the shape/layer below. Another way of doing this is right clicking on the layer and choosing "Create Clipping Mask". Or, going up to the Layer menu at top, and choosing "Create Clipping Mask". (I am using a MacBook Pro). Hope that helps! I will work in future to include text overlays in my videos that show what keys I'm using. Thank you for your feedback, much appreciated :)
