Echoing thanks for this vid... quick clarification - when you state "...it's important to note that you need a number that's not currently active in WhatsApp Business to start this process..." Does this mean I have recently added a mobile number to WhatsApp Business but there hasn't been any activity of sending or receiving messages in order to integrate into HS? Thanks in advance

Nice video Fuelius .. question. When you are working with a team of ( let's say ) 10 salesmen and you have 1 WhatsApp business account. How does each individual comunicate with their own contactpersons in HubSpot ? Do you need only ones a first conversation to log and from there work from HubSpot ?

Thank you for your feedback! The team have received this from HubSpot. It looks like you can! "With a single WhatsApp Business number connected multiple users can communicate via this channel/number. Users with access to the team inbox can then collaborate and respond to messages using the WhatsApp Business account within the conversations inbox."

For me, Goals doesn't show up in the settings area. When i try to create a custom goal in the goals menu, it says "talk to sales". Did you have to go through that or is that new?

Hey - there have been some updates to this so have you seen less functionality? I cant click the personalise message within the templates tool in Hubspot and also cant sync templates that have images.

Do you have a guide or information on how create reports for outbound calls? Currently I have only the total number of calls from a template. I would like analyse the outcomes, success rate etc.

We had the same need, so we basically created an app that gets hubspot call data realtime and it classifies the calls based on outcome. Natively, you cannot filter for call outcomes, unless you have a professional license and a reporting addon and this was too costly in the long run, so we created an automation for that. If you want, you can drop me a line and I can briefly tell you how we did it or if you want us to do the same setup. The problem we had was with agents that said they called people, but outcomes were phone is busy, not responded and they didn't actually had conversations.

Hi, you need Professional or Enterprise versions of Marketing Hub or Service Hub and a WhatsApp business account and phone number in order to use the integration

Hey man, thanks for the information. So, I already have configured a phone number within a WhatsApp Business Account. Then, when I try to connect the channel to HubSpot it says it is not availble to use. If I understand you well, I cannot do any number configuration outside the HubSpot integration panel otherwise I'd receive the error?

Currently, this is not supported because each HubSpot assigned number is mapped to an individual in the portal by default. Depending on the number rang, will indicate who the call goes to We hope this information helps!

Do i need to open each contact and click on call to perform the calling, cant i select the contacts for cold calling and perform calling directly one after another. Is this possible?

Unfortunately, this is not currently supported but is a great suggestion with functionality running similar to Task Queues. I'd definitely recommend posting this on the HubSpot Ideas forum (community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/idb-p/HubSpot_Ideas) so we can upvote!

EZTexting is a great integration for MMS and mass SMS promotion. If you're looking for both mass SMS and 1:1-based promotion, Sakari may be a better alternative due to enhanced support for both mass SMS and 1:1-based messaging with its directly integrated experience in the HubSpot UI

Hi Daniel Currently, HubSpot does not offer IVR support, however, Aircall can. Aircall is a direct integration for HubSpot so it is worth looking into. Hope that helps!

Had a question , is it possible to move over actual emails, emails that have beeen bcced to hubspost ( not email addresses) from Hubspot records over to salesforce, I have been told this isn't possible, thanks!

what if a contact who calls is not in my CRM? Will contact be created automatically or not?

The contact wouldn't be created automatically from an inbound call. You would simply need to associate the call activity to an existing CRM contact, or create the contact within the CRM and then associate the call activity with the contact. This will then log the call details and recording to the contact record. Hopefully this helps! 😊
