I couldn't agree with you more about not being done with Chinese knives. I can get just as good if not better quality than an American one at half the price. If it wasn't for Chinese knives I wouldn't be able to get a premium knife. I'll put one of my Reate's up against just about any other knife out there

Man I picked a bad year to stay away from drop points. The ergos, grind, and fancy lock speak to me at a deep level. I have xl mits, so anything approaching 4” blade will usually work a treat. I’ll keep my eye on this one!

Buck Marksman is Absolutely one of the most fidget friendly knives. Push down on the blade with your index finger while releasing the lock with your middle finger and thumb. The lock is supposed to resemble the sight on a rifle.

You have to pinch it, put your index finger on the back of blade and push, it’s the most fidgety knife in the world. You just have to get use to it. 😅
