Very well presented. I wonder if archaeology might have some answers for our current problems of invasive species. For example, when the continent of India broke away from Madagascar and, eventually, collided with Eurasia (I'm not sure what it's actually called) there must have been a massive exchange of species on both continents that had never seen each other before. What happened when North America and South America became connected via Central America? Is there some record of how the plants and animals adapted? I think it would be a fantastic field of research for a Masters Degree.

On ne peut pas empêcher les choses de changer, "d'évoluer" dans mon idée c'est un tord des scientifiques de tous vouloir contrôler, ou gérer nous humains on fait parti de l'écosystème nous aussi et la VIE sous toute ses formes se manifeste de toutes les manières, comme de voir des dites mauvaises herbes pousser sus l'asphalte on ne peut pas empêcher la NATURE D'ÊTRE CE QUELLE EST tout se transforme et se renouvelle. Les humains vont devoir se faire à l'idée il va y avoir des espèces qui vont disparaître et d'autres mieux adaptées qui vont prendre leur place, cela fait partie du JEU DE LA VIE, avant l'homo sapiens il y a eu d'autres espèces de bipèdes humanoïdes, ils ont disparu parce que mal adapté ou moins évolués. Donc laissons donc la NATURE faire les choses comme il se doit. Paranthèse on parle de la nature qui détruit des habitations et détruit des vie humains comme par exemple les tornades et ouragans, il a été confirmé par des météorologues ques ces ouragans et tornades qu'il y a dans le sud des USA se forme toujours dans un même COULOIR géographique propice à la formation de ces tornades, mais les humains choisissent et persistent à demeurer dans ces couloir dangereux et cela coûtent des millions en dégâts matériels chaque année, allo,...!!! y a-t-il quelqu'un pour leur dire de ne pas habiter là, même chose pour les zones volcaniques et les zones inondables,...

1. ocean science is awesome :) 2. yep, wayyy too much plastic all up in the ocean :( 3. the car industry is bigger than it should be, and needs to be shrunk for a variety of reasons! 4. i wasn't prepared for 'narrator narrates all' mode lol, took me a minute to notice "Described video version" :P 5. yes! almost all our modern issues are justice issues! Policy-makers need to divert away from corporate interests and better prioritize improving lives! 6. yes! we need more locally produced produce to decrease plastic usage and carbon from transport! also plant-based alternatives to cows milk! 7. yes! equal access to science! more diverse teams and perspectives simply a more welcoming *and* productive environment! 8. I really don't know how I ended up on this video loll, but it was good introduction to the issue of plastic accumulation in the arctic for me at least, and I really would like to see more information about solutions proposed and implemented! It's terribly easy to fall into the "Sad Gap" these days and allow the magnitude of these problems to become all-consuming... 9. thank you again!

La caméra utilisée est une Abyss de 360 rise pour le plans sous marins. Certains plans ont été également tournés avec une Kodak SP360. Pour la partie drone et sur les bateaux nous avons utilisé la Gopro Fusion ainsi que la Insta 360 Pro 😀
