1. Use Landscape mode not Portrait. Cannot see anything thru a slit window. 2. Speak up don't mumble to yourself. You have a voice, use it confidently. 3. Show us how this is done, focus is just on the hoop nothing else.

I have a brand new one of these that was sent to me in error. I tired it out a few times and the mylar is just not crimping inside the back as it should. Absolute rubbish machine. Glad I didn't pay for it. I have other brands of machine that work perfectly.

I’ve been realizing that some have been having some minor issues with theirs. So far I haven’t had any issues. I think most of these errors or self.

i think maybe ur ur paper is too thick..i had prob with that if i use photo paper ..now i use regular copy paper it works well .. hope i helps ❤

My machine isn’t pressing down all the way during the first step, have you ever had this issue?

Did you check to make sure you have it on the correct side and that everything is lining up

@@TheDelightgrl yes, I’ve used it quite a bit but there was some kind of issue with the lining so I took the screw out to tighten it and now I can’t get the pieces back to Pressing down correctly

Thank you for pointing out the extra inside pocket where the adapter plug goes. I’ve watched several videos and they don’t even mention that it’s there! It’s nice when all features of an item are shown in a video! It helps people make an informed decision on whether the product meets all of their needs! Thanks again!
