@@matteobusani no. it should not. LSD needs to be moving in order to engage. even moving slowly is enough. It does not engage from standing start. that's why you "need" lockers. same said for lsd onfront and/or rear axel. In other words: this is not a fail

Quella è la danza punta-tacco dei monti Appalachi, negli Stati Uniti d'America. Avendoci provato ed avendo provato e ballate anche le danze delle 4 province (l'ultima volta giusto l'altroieri, e c'era anche uno di questi due ballerini qui ripresi a Cegni, solo che l'altra sera suonava e quindi ballò poco) posso assicurare che le danze delle 4 province sono molto, ma molto, più facili. Il video da lei segnalato sovrappone un'altra musica (probabilmente adeguandovi il tempo con apposito effetto elettronico) su passi che in origine si eseguono seguendo le archettate sul violino ed i colpi di plettro sul banjo e cercando di riprodurne le dinamiche (in realtà c'è una mutua ricerca di intesa tra chi balla e chi suona, tranne che nelle competizioni dove chi suona deve mantenere per quanto possibile la stessa intensità e le stesse coloriture per ogni concorrente). La stessa cosa si fa nelle 4 province cercando di sottolineare le smanticiate della fisarmonica (che sono più evidenti ed anche più facili da assecondare) e l'andamento del piffero (molto più frenetico ed irregolare, quindi più ostico), ma la frequenza dei passi e la loro precisione nella scelta dell'appoggio tra punta o tacco o piede intero è molto più abbordabile che nel repertorio dei monti Appalachi (che a sua volta deve molto alle musiche da danza tradizionale irlandese).

@@markchkhotua3230 Without ESP/TC - cam & pawl differential. Replaced by an open one in versions with ESP/TC. Both have locker and low gear (except short 1.6 versions).

of course, on 4H, the differential is not locked.

Great is great. It has good TCS... but I've investigated the mechanical central differential: from my test i can suppose it's not an LSD (as publicized) but it is a normal open one. It's quite logic: TCS works fine anyway.

Are you sure your test was on a 2006? My 2006 doesn't have the "Suzuki" badge on the spare tire cover, and neither does any 2006 models I've seen. Suzuki forums still maintains that the 2006 has a LSD center.

i believe this is due to the center dif. not sure if this car has it or not, but generally, if the center dif is not locked and say the rear wheels spin freely, 100% of the power will be sent to the rear wheels even if the specs says that they can achieve 47/53 power distribution. the whole point of dif is to allow for the wheels to spin at different RPM as they are turning. this is to prevent issues with tire wear for every day use. once you know you are going to go off road or a spot that is slippery, then engage center dif lock and the power should be sent 47/53 at all times. now though, it leaves the issue of sending power to the left or to the right. to prevent all the power being sent to one side when it gets slippery, you have front dif locks and rear dif locks or even a LSD. with all of these things, you should theoretically have little to no issues of getting away from sticky situation. Though generally, only the very big SUV or trucks like the land cruiser, jeep, patrols etc have all of these things as they tend to be the pick of the bunch when it comes to crazy off roading. Though i believe you can buy or find someone to make some difs for you. though not always.
