Our experience with Suitor was incredibly disappointing. My fiancé ordered a suit, but it didn't fit properly, so we exchanged it for another size, which still didn't work. To make matters worse, our second order arrived with the wrong items, including three pairs of pants instead of one and the wrong shirt. When we attempted to return everything, we encountered major obstacles. Initially, they offered a free jacket instead of a return (felt like a bribe) when we declined they then demanded we pay 50% of the order value ($125) to allow a return. After disputing this, they insisted we cover a whooping $80 in shipping costs and "handling", very much contradicting their 'free shipping and exchanges' promise. Overall, their customer service was rude and our email correspondence felt more like a bargaining trade rather than a customer-focused resolution. It's incredibly frustrating when a company fails to deliver on their promises, especially when different information is clearly stated on the website. Additionally, despite their claim of accepting returns "for whatever reason," their customer service became pushy and unprofessional, focusing on why the suit didn't instead of addressing our return concerns. I strongly advise avoiding Suitor altogether; they are not a reputable business. I sincerely hope they improve their practices in the future. On top of this they've blocked me on Instagram after commenting about my experience on their posts...
